5:00 PM  in Texas Avenue Park, Webster:
Ø Park games open (located in park parking lot)
Ø Fire Truck rides at Fire Station
Ø Fire Extinguisher Demos at Fire Station (2-3 times)
Ø First Aide Station Under Pavilion

Ø Bingo at the fire station
6:00 PM
Ø PHI Service to land helicopter & viewing
6:45 PM
Ø Break-dancers to perform on stage (Youth Advocates, Inc.)
Ø Announce Domino and Dessert contest winners
Ø Announce Parade Winners
7:15 PM
Ø Announcement for Veterans & Servicemen/women to come up and get pictures at 8:15pm
Ø Announce for everyone to sing “God Bless America” after fireworks
7:30 PM
Ø Introduce the Mayor
Ø Mayor to introduce City Manager, City Council, the Celebration Committee
Ø Mayor to introduce the Minister for the invocation – Rev. Bob Caperton
7:45 PM
Ø Second announcement reminding Veterans & Servicemen picture taking at 8:15pm
Ø Announce for everyone to remain for the singing of God Bless America” after fireworks
8:00 PM
Ø Have servicemen/women & Veterans line up along pathway in front of stage
Ø Play Veteran’s music while lining up
8:15 PM
Ø Call for all Servicemen/Women & Veterans (ASK FOR QUIET)
Ø Play Armed Forces Medley: ARMY, NAVY, COAST GUARD, AIR FORCE, MARINES
· One member from each branch to carry in their branch flag and set it up on stage
· Medallions to be awarded to them by branch of service as they enter stage
· Vets to introduce themselves, rank, branch, year served
Ø Group Photo of Servicemen and Veterans (have everyone remain on stage)
Ø Fly-Over by US Coast Guard Air Station (8:20pm)
Ø “In Honor of Our Fallen Veterans” TAPS to be played by: John Gilmore
Ø Countdown for launching of Confetti Cannons

Ø Amazing Grace with live bag pipe players as Honor Guard enters
Ø Honor Guard Presentation by the Webster Police
9:13 PM
Ø Pledge of Allegiance by John Wayne
Ø Introduce Stephen Glasco
Ø Singing of the National Anthem- (ASK FOR QUIET)
Ø KILL LIGHTS
9:15 PM - FIREWORKS START (with music)
10:00 PM - Singing of “God Bless America” – End Park Festivities
